By accessing or using Roblox VSCode ("the Service"), including but not limited to:

• The website and web applications at roblox-vscode.com
• The Support System and Help Desk
• The IDE Extensions (VS Code:, Visual Studio, and other supported platforms)
• The Roblox Studio Plugin
• The Roblox OAuth Application
• Any related services, features, or content

You agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Definitions

"Service"

All products, applications, websites, and services provided by Roblox VSCode.

"User," "You," or "Your"

Any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.

"Account"

The registered user profile created to access the Service.

"Content"

Any data, code, scripts, text, images, or other materials submitted to or through the Service.

"Roblox"

Roblox Corporation and its associated platforms, APIs, and services.

"Plugin"

The Roblox Studio plugin component of the Service.

"Extension"

The IDE extension component of the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

• Verify your Roblox account ownership through our verification process
• Connect your Roblox account via OAuth for IDE features
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

3.3 Roblox Account Status

You must have a valid Roblox account in good standing to use features requiring Roblox integration. We are not responsible for any actions taken by Roblox Corporation regarding your account.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to:

• Not create accounts by automated means

7. Service Availability and Support

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of results
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

9.2 Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CODINFJEFFROBLOX, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from service interruption or data loss
• Damages from unauthorized access to your account
• Damages arising from Roblox platform changes or outages

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE (if any) OR $50 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9.3 Assumption of Risk

• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your work

• Any content you submit through the Service

11. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service or maintain an account.
